We offer a full range of hospice care and support – from inpatient care and hospice outreach at home, to counselling, chaplaincy, bereavement support, cancer care and practical advice for carers. Our compassionate, multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, counsellors, therapists and volunteers works together to provide personalised care focused on what matters most to you.
If you have an illness that cannot be cured, our palliative care helps manage pain and symptoms, while also supporting emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing — for you and those close to you. Hospice in the Weald is here throughout terminal and life-limiting illness, not only at the very end of life, so that patients, families and friends feel supported every step of the way.
