Patient and Visitor Information
Visitors are always welcome at the Hospice in Pembury.Visitors and Hospice Day Service attendees are still welcome and we're keeping everyone safe with the steps we've taken to keep the building COVID-Secure.
- Everyone is wearing face coverings whilst moving around the Hospice
- We've installed more hand sanitisers around the building
- We've zoned the building and put posters up to let you know our procedures
- Social distancing is being practiced
We have a large carpark to the front of the building which is free of charge.
If you are visiting someone on the In-Patient Ward, unlike a hospital, you are welcome to visit any time day or night. If visitors arrive when the reception is closed there is a night time side entrance (to the right of the main reception entrance). On ringing the bell on the wall, a member of staff will answer as soon as possible.
There are bedrooms at the Hospice for a family member, friend or carer to stay overnight if you wish them to. Children of all ages and well behaved pets are all welcome to visit, although please let the staff know your plans.
Tea, coffee and light snacks are always available.
