The Hospice made it possible
“It was Sharon, Paul’s nurse from Hospice in the Weald, who made it possible,” Louise shares. “She came out to see me, took on all my questions and worries, and wrapped her arms around us all.
“She helped set up everything Paul would need – a hospital bed in our lounge, all his medications. He came home in an ambulance and we had 10 final weeks together, as a family, in our home.”
