Light up a Life

Candles on a bed of sand

We invite you to attend a Light up a Life service, a chance for you to remember and celebrate the lives of your loved ones during the festive season. Please do dress warmly.

It may be your first Christmas without your loved one, or many may have passed, the service brings everyone together to support one another whilst sharing and reflecting on precious memories of those held close to our hearts. Enjoy music, readings and poems and light a candle for someone you love.

Remember Someone Special

Remember someone special this Christmas with a star dedicated in their memory on our Light up a Life Christmas tree and a Light up a Life online dedication.

Your Light up a Life star will lovingly hold the name of your loved one on a Christmas tree at the Cottage Hospice, or the Hospice in Pembury throughout December.

Will you be printing a Book of Remembrance?

We are not printing a Book of Remembrance for Light up a Life this year. We made the decision this year to use an online dedication page which will display the names of all those being remembered during the Light up a Life appeal.
