Doors: 2.30pm Service Starts: 3pm Location: Hospice in the Weald, Pembury and Hospice in the Weald, Five Ashes.

We invite you to attend one of our Light Up a Life Remembrance Services, an uplifting service of celebration and remembrance.

Booking is essential

Due to limited space, all attendees must book a ticket in advance. This will ensure that we are able to accommodate everyone comfortably and maintain a reflective space for all.

We kindly ask that only those with a confirmed booking attend. We will not be able to admit anyone who has not registered in advance.

If you've booked a ticket and find that you are not able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. This will allow us to offer your place to someone else who may wish to attend.

Make a Dedication

Remember someone special this Christmas with a star dedicated in their memory on our Light Up a Life Christmas tree and a Light Up a Life wall of remembrance.

Your Light Up a Life star will lovingly hold the name of your loved one on a Christmas tree at the Hospice in Pembury or the Hospice in Five Ashes, throughout December.

Do I need to book to attend the Light Up a Life service?

Yes. Booking is essential as space is limited and we cannot guarantee you entry without a booking.

Will there be refreshments following the service.?

Yes. Complimentary refreshments will be served after Service.

If I returned my star and donation to the Hospice, will it be on display at the event?

Yes, if you made a donation online, over the phone, or by post on or before 28th November, your star will be displayed on the tree at the service and then throughout December. Your loved ones name will also be displayed on our online wall of remembrance.

Donations received on or after 28th November may not be displayed in time for the service, but will be displayed for the remainder of December, and your loved ones name will also be added to our online wall of remembrance.

Can I dedicate and hang my star at the service?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your star(s) with you, or you can collect one at the event. Volunteers will be on hand to help you to make your dedication, ensuring your loved ones name is captured on our online dedication page.

How long is the service?

The service will likely last approximately 30 minutes.
