If you or someone you love may benefit from Hospice care, you can find out more using the information below. For support or advice at any time of the day or night, please visit our Help Hub.
We need to raise more than £10 million every year to provide Hospice care and support for our local community. If you want to get involved, join one of our fundraising activities, create your own, or make a donation; everything you need is on this page.
Living Well facilitates a variety of bereavement support groups and sessions. These cater for all people and can all be accessed through the service. Find out more below.
T-Junction
The T-Junction group is an informal peer support group where recently bereaved family members and carers are invited to a group with other people going through a similar situation. It offers an opportunity to meet others who may be experiencing similar situations to yourself. This group happens once a month in our Living Well Centre.
The Bereavement Journey
This 9-week course was designed by charity AtaLoss and is led by our Living Well team. It is a series of short films and discussion that gently guide the participants through the varied ways of grief, and the different ways bereavement can impact us.
Walk and Talk Group
Our walk and talk group is led by our Living Well Service team who will guide you on a gentle walk each month around Dunorlan Park in Tunbridge Wells. This group allows you to meet new people, share experiences and support each other in your grief, all whilst enjoying nature.
