We need your help to continue the compassionate care we offer to everyone in our local community who needs us. Help us raise enough to fund a Clinical Nurse Specialist for a whole year.

Our care extends far beyond one person. What we do helps families through some of their toughest times, together.

“Our whole family are so grateful for the most amazing care we have received from Hospice in the Weald. What would have been a very stressful few days was made as easy as possible due to your care and kindness. Mum died at home on the most glorious day of the year.” – Family member of patient cared for by the Hospice
