Staff Wellbeing Day

Staff creative arts at Wellbeing Day

On Wednesday 10th November, Hospice in the Weald held their first Staff Wellbeing Day.

“What I hope people will get out of the day, is that it will feel like a space for them that they can talk about how the last 18 months have been, but also benefit from some of the services on offer, and I hope that people will feel supported through attending.”
Nick Farthing, Acting CEO

Acting Chief Executive, Nick Farthing talks about wellbeing at Hospice in the Weald, its importance and our first ever wellbeing day, organised by the resilience taskforce.
The day was organised by the newly assembled resilience taskforce, a group of staff who have been looking at how best to support our workforce – the wellbeing day is just one of the ways that they’ve come up with to support colleagues. We’re looking forward to seeing what other ideas the group come up with to help further support our workforce.
