We provide Hospice palliative care across our Services, to enable you or your loved one to make choices that are right for them.
If you or someone you love needs Hospice care, please complete this short form and we will contact you. There is no need to wait for a referral from your GP or healthcare professional.
Our Services are free of charge to all patients and their loved ones. We need to raise over £8 million every year to provide outstanding Hospice care to the local community.

The new store, which opened its doors on Friday, offers high quality pre-loved items all kindly donated by the local community, including Christmas decorations, Christmas jumpers and pre-loved gifts ideal for Christmas stockings. There’s also a selection of Christmas cards featuring festive scenes of the local area.
Sharon Gills, Head of Retail, said: “We hope our supporters will be as delighted as we are with our fabulous new store, which is by far the biggest of our charity shops. With many people now buying pre-loved Christmas gifts, this is a perfect time to save money, do your bit for a local charity and be environmentally friendly too.
Hospice in the Weald receives more income through our charity shops than we do from government funding, so all our wonderful supporters, volunteers and those who donate goods really do make such a difference to the work of the Hospice.”
Cllr Peter Fleming, Leader of Sevenoaks District Council, said: “It was an honour to help open this wonderful new store. Reuse is essential to help the District achieve Net Zero, so this new Hospice in the Weald store is a welcome addition to Sevenoaks high street. With Christmas gifts available now and furniture available from the New Year, this store will no doubt be extremely popular with many local residents for some time to come.”
The store, at 96, High Street, Sevenoaks, is our second in the town, the other being the popular Hospice shop which will continue in London Road, in addition to the specialist furniture shop in Sundridge.
The new shop will be open from 9.30am-5pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 10am-4pm on Sundays until Christmas.
