At Hospice in the Weald, we believe that even in the face of a terminal or life-limiting illness, people remain who they are – vibrant, passionate, and full of life. The I’m Still Me campaign highlights how our support helps people live well, stay connected, and remain themselves.
I’m Still Me is our brand awareness campaign, running from late June – August 2025. Through real stories and visuals, it aims to grow understanding of hospice care and highlight the people at its heart.

This campaign showcases the voices and stories of people accessing hospice support – not as patients, but as the unique individuals they are. Artists, bakers, dog lovers, gardeners, grandparents – each person receiving support for the hospice is unique and a reminder that identity doesn’t fade with illness.
We’re not asking for anything. We’re simply inviting you to see hospice care for what it truly is: Compassionate. Personal. Deeply human.
