We provide care and support to anyone with a terminal illness and those that are important to them no matter at what stage they are in their journey.
It is important to understand that the Hospice-in-the-Weald we are not just about end-of-life care. We provide support to patients at all stages in their journey but our care goes beyond the patient. Anyone affected by a terminal illness, whether this is a family member or friend, can access our Services and the support they need when they need it. We support anyone who is important to the patient.
You can be referred by your GP or health professional, you can self refer or refer someone else.
