For over four decades, Hospice in the Weald has provided outstanding end of life support to our community. Our work is only possible due to the generosity and kindness provided by our supporters. The Hospice is proud to have joined 142 hospices in the national campaign, led by Hospice UK, called ‘This is Hospice Care’. The campaign aims to raise important awareness around hospice care and the impact leaving a Gift in your Will could have on the future of your local Hospice.

Leaving a legacy can help protect the care we can provide, helping to create cherished memories and moments that matter for people receiving end of life support. Do you know what the Hospice can offer you or your loved ones in a time of need?

We provide end of life care that is tailored to the individual needs of patients and their families. Our care is always free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
