Great Wall of China Trek Team

Take on the twists, turns, ups and downs of the most famous wall of all in this journey immersed in over 2,000 years of natural beauty, mythology and ancient traditions. 

Experience China’s outstanding beauty as you walk along one of the new seven wonders of the world. Take on a new challenge, remember a loved one and celebrate life as you trek through the mountains of the Gubeikou Gateway. End your visit by exploring Beijing’s infamous Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.

There are two different ways you can choose to join us on our trek to China:

What is included? 

As well ensuring our patients, families and carers will always receive care completely free of charge, your sponsor money covers: 

  • Training and fundraising support from your dedicated Hospice in the Weald fundraiser 
  • All flights (including airport and fuel taxes) 
  • Foreign overland transport and luggage transfers 
  • Overnight accommodation 
  • All meals as per itinerary 
  • Entrance fees to any sites visited on trekking days 
  • Tour leader, tour doctor, guides, technical, medical and transport back-up services

This trek will be delivered by Charity Challenge on behalf of Hospice in the Weald, a specialist tour operator (ATOL 6546), who have enabled over 20,000 people to raise nearly £50 million from amazing adventures since 1999.
