We provide Hospice palliative care across our Services, to enable you or your loved one to make choices that are right for them.
If you or someone you love needs Hospice care, please complete this short form and we will contact you. There is no need to wait for a referral from your GP or healthcare professional.
Our Services are free of charge to all patients and their loved ones. We need to raise over £8 million every year to provide outstanding Hospice care to the local community.

This Christmas Eve we wanted to bring you your very own Carols at Christmas in the comfort of your homes. Whilst we couldn't host our Carol concert this year, we couldn't let that stop us bringing you the beautiful tones of Tonbridge and Skinners School Choirs.
We have taken the decision to cancel our Carols at Christmas concert at Tonbridge School on Thursday 16th November. We have made this decision as a precautionary measure, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests, performers and staff. If you have purchased a ticket and require a refund, please notify us before the 15th December and we shall ensure your ticket fee is returned to you. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.
We are putting together a specially recorded Carol service to include a reading from celebrity host Len Goodman and carols from Skinners’ School Senior Choir, for you to enjoy from the comfort and safety of your own home, the link for which will be available here on Christmas eve.
Any non-claimed ticket fees will be treated as a much appreciated donation, helping ensure the support and care of terminally ill patients and those important to them, throughout the festive period.
