Therapy Assistant

Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our therapy team and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will support the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist in delivering an empowering approach to Hospice palliative care, encouraging and enabling patients with progressive life limiting illness to live as independently as possible and offer those close to them the opportunity of support. .

Hospice in the Weald provides compassionate, individualised, supportive and holistic care and we are inviting like-minded people to join our Nursing team.

You will be an experienced Nurse with palliative/oncology experience, able to co-ordinate and deliver high quality specialist care. Our CNS team deliver highly effective symptom management and interventional support to patients with a palliative diagnosis, in their own homes, community, private hospitals and at the Hospice.
