Christmas Market 2025- Stallholder Applications

Christmas Market 2023

Our Christmas Market returns for 2025!

We’re excited to announce our 2025 Christmas Market – taking place on Saturday, 29th and Sunday, 30th November – will be held at a new venue: Kent College in Pembury. While our Hospice undergoes a well-deserved refresh to help us better serve our community, Kent College will provide a festive and welcoming setting for this special event.

As always, there will be plenty of festive fun for all ages throughout the weekend. Visitors can enjoy a visit to our much-loved Santa’s Grotto, soak up the atmosphere with live music, and take part in Christmas wreath making. There will also be a delicious selection of hot and cold refreshments available all day to keep everyone warm and well-fed while they explore the market.

With a wide variety of stall holders and food options for our visitors, stallholders can choose between having a indoor stall in our Christmas Village or a gazebo outside in our Christmas Courtyard. All stallholders will be easy to find with signposted directions and plenty of guidance from our team of volunteers.

Our Fundraising team will be reviewing applications weekly to ensure a varied and well-balanced selection of stalls, and a member of our Team will be in touch to let you know the outcome of your application.

If your application is successful, we kindly ask that payment is made within 5 working days to secure your pitch.
