Creative Art

Craft Group

Creative Art is completely free of charge for all patients, their families and carers. We offer regular craft groups for patients, families and carers. Our team can support you with learning new crafts such as pottery, jewellery making, glass painting and mosaics. As well as helping to boost confidence, this group can give a sense of purpose and provide peer support from others facing similar situations, all within a supportive and therepeutic environment. You may also want to keep your work to give to the important people in your life.

Creative Expression

Creative Expression invites patients, families and carers to express themselves through different art mediums and exercises. These exercises can help to process difficult feelings, emotions and situations in a creative and therepeutic environment. Groups are held every week and can also be arranged on an individual, 1:1 basis. In each session we will explore ways of expressing ideas or themes personal to you, using for example, drawing painting, image cards, clay work, visual diaries, creative writing and many more therepeutic art techniques.
