What is Wellbeing therapy?

Calming the body, mind, emotion and spirit with gentle treatments.
Who gives the treatments?
A team of volunteer therapists work across the Hospice, they are all qualified and have a membership to their appropriate disciplines. Other volunteers and staff, trained within the Hospice, give hand massage and nail care. If you want to see a list of all the therapies offered at Hospice in the Weald click here.
Who can access Wellbeing Therapy?
It’s available for any patient of Hospice in the Weald, their family and/or carers. Just speak to any member of the Hospice team.

The term “healing” can be found throughout wellbeing therapies. It does not mean curative, but refers to a holistic well-being.
