Hospice supporters dance the night away
A hugely enjoyable 80s disco, organised by Tracey Hunt and held early last month, raised a wonderful £1237.33 for the Hospice. Over 100 people attended, packing the dance floor to some of the best tunes of the 1980s and being clearly reluctant to leave. Many guests were also lucky recipients of some excellent raffle prizes.
Minh Lan Nguyen, Relationship Fundraising Coordinator at Hospice in the Weald said, “We are so grateful for generous individuals like Tracey who donate their time and effort to organise such a wonderful event and raise vital funds for the Hospice.”
Readers are advised to look out for the next one, which Tracey has determined, “will be even bigger and better!”
Raffle prizes included not only bottles of wine and spirits, but spa treatments, massages and restaurant vouchers.
Guests embraced the spirit of the 80s in their dress.
