Bentley pop the kettle on for the Hospice
On Friday 27th September, Bentley Tunbridge Wells opened its showroom to provide a cuppa and cake to customers, friends and colleagues in memory of showroom hostess, Sarah Wilson.
A variety of cakes, including some home-baked and others donated by Holly’s Little Cakery plus a guess the balloons in the Bentley Bentayga competition, helped raised over £600 in total. Jon Lovell, Head of Business at Bentley and Lamborghini Tunbridge Wells, noted that, “The generosity of people was fantastic, and we look forward to working with the Hospice in the future.” Sarah's husband Paul added, "On behalf of Sarah, could we give a huge thank you to all the guys at Bentley and Lamborghini for their support and hard work, Sarah would have loved it!" In addition to Bentley’s Time for Tea event, over £2,975 has been raised to date in memory of Sarah.
Minh Lan Nguyen, Relationship Fundraising Coordinator at Hospice in the Weald commented, “It was so heart-warming seeing people come together to remember their much-loved showroom hostess, Sarah. We are entirely grateful for all the support given to the Hospice, every pound donated will help us to continue delivering vital hospice care, completely free of charge to those who need it like Sarah and her loved ones.
