We provide Hospice palliative care across our Services, to enable you or your loved one to make choices that are right for them.
If you or someone you love needs Hospice care, please complete this short form and we will contact you. There is no need to wait for a referral from your GP or healthcare professional.
Our Services are free of charge to all patients and their loved ones. We need to raise over £8 million every year to provide outstanding Hospice care to the local community.

Are you looking to volunteer your time for a great cause and are keen to meet with others in the local community? Friends Groups are made up of kind hearted people from the local community that come together to fundraise for the Hospice in whatever way they choose. The opportunity is a great way to meet new people whilst supporting your local Hospice
In 2019, our Friends groups have raised over £30,000, helping us to continue to provide specialist care to those in need.
Our amazing Friends Groups are groups of like-minded people who come together with a desire to raise funds for, and to promote awareness of, the Hospice in the weald in their community. The Group could be made up of friends, peers, work colleagues, club or society members, relatives, and of any age. Please see below a list of our current groups;
