Join us this Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th November for our amazing Christmas Market.

We are very excited to be welcoming shoppers back to Hospice in the Weald this weekend for the return of our popular Christmas Market. We will be transforming our wonderful Hospice Gardens into a traditional Christmas Market, with stalls around our gardens and outside spaces, all beneath a village of marquees and gazebos.

Doors will be open from 10 am to 4 pm so, beat the shopping centre rush, dress up warm and buy beautiful homemade gifts from our fine selection of food, gift and craft stalls.

While away the hours browsing the wonderful yuletide gifts we have at this years Christmas Market with around 40 stalls spread throughout the Hospice gardens.

Search for that perfect gift as well as sampling the delicious homemade and artisan cheeses, chutneys & fudge on offer.

This year’s Christmas Market has something for everyone including plants, jewellery, scented candles, fashion, wood craft, retro style, eco art and lots more to offer the discerning visitor.

We are so pleased to have all our stalls booked and getting ready for the big weekend.

Friday 26th November sees our VIP Evening at Hospice in the Weald’s Christmas Market for some Mulled Wine and Mince Pies and exclusive first access to our incredible Christmas stalls.

With over 40 fabulous stalls to choose from, and Christmas carolling around our tree, join us for a night of exquisite shopping, unique gift finding and merriment to kick start the festivities and support your local Hospice.

We are holding some great Christmas workshops this year. To avoid disappointment don’t forget to book your place and make something truly unique this Christmas. Booking your place now to avoid disappointment.

We are so excited to be able to hold again this year our Wreath Workshop – you don’t need to be a master florist to create a beautiful decoration for your front door this Christmas! You will get expert guidance giving you the know-how and materials to craft your very own wreath! In this session you’ll take home your very own creation and hang it on the front door with pride.

Workshops will be held at 10:30am and 1:30pm on both days with limited places available. No need to bring anything.

Christmas Wrapping paper

Create your own Wrapping Paper Workshop

We are looking to have a couple of decorative sessions – get in the Christmas spirit with family and friends at our Christmas Wrapping paper workshops! And why not have fun making Reindeer food for Christmas Eve with your little ones. Create your very own Christmas Wrapping paper. Here is the perfect opportunity to purchase that special gift and make your very own special wrapping paper to wrap that special gift.

These workshops are the perfect festive family treat, you don’t have to worry about a thing, we’ll supply have all the decorations you need!

On Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th November.

Workshops will be held at 10:30am, 11:30am, 1pm and 2pm on both days with limited places available. No need to bring anything – all the sparkle, glitter and decorations provided!

Santa's Grotto - A memorable day for the children too!

Father Christmas & his magical grotto are coming to the Hospice & this year it is going to be bigger & better than ever before. Come along with the whole family, our team of elves will be there to greet you.

On Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th November.

Open both days from 11am to 3pm. This year we are going to be holding a booking system, so don’t forget to book to avoid disappointment.

How much is it to enter the fair?

Suggested donation of £5.00

For the comfort and reassurance of all visitors to the Christmas Market, we will be hosting the market outside in the wonderful Hospice Gardens beneath a village of marquees and gazebos. We will be keeping to the COVID guidelines and keeping the numbers in the Hospice to a safe level.

Parking for the Fair?

Parking will be at Pippins Farm

Please do not park along Maidstone Road

Disabled parking is available at the Hospice

Where do I go when I arrive?

Please follow the Christmas market signs to the front of the Hospice gardens where you will enter and start your Christmas Fair experience. 

Will I need to wear a Face Mask?

We would request that you wear a face mask as the Hospice does look after vulnerable patients within the building unless you are exempt.

Disables / Pushchair access ?

The fair is in the Hospice gardens and can be accessed easily.

Are dogs allowed?

Sorry we are unable to accept dogs into the Christmas fair.

Assistance dogs only allowed.

Will there be refreshments available at the fair?

Yes refreshments will be available in our cafe on the lower ground floor.

Do I need to take a LFT test

We recommend that you take an LFT test a maximum of 72 hours before Friday. Should you test positive, please do not attend the event and follow government guidelines. Please note that this is strongly recommended for everyone coming to help keep the community safe.
