Staff Nurses IPU D grade Job Description
Internal rotation and predominantly night duties
We can offer full-time or part-time to nurses wishing to develop their skills. Ideally you will have post registration experience with exposure to palliative care patients either in the community or acute setting. Applications for predominantly night duty will also be considered.
We actively support and encourage staff to develop personally and professionally through formal and informal training, and an opportunity to study at diploma, degree or masters level. Additional benefits include pension, subsidised dining facilities and free parking.

We currently have vacancies for nurses with palliative care experience to join our Hospice Nursing Bank, to work in one or more of our clinical areas (IPU, Day Therapy Unit or Community CNS team). You will need to be able to work at short notice and be able to work throughout the year (unfortunately we do not have vacancies for term time only candidates). Our Lottery funds 3 of our in-patient beds. We now need to raise additional funding to help increase our services and are seeking Lottery Promoters to recruit new members by visiting people in their own homes, calling on the local business community and by attending specific events. You will be personable and presentable, with proven sales ability. Working part-time, you will earn commission.
