Mindfulness

Learn tools and techniques to help find the pathway to more peace.

We will:

  • Build awareness of how mental attitudes to pain and illness can be helpful and/or unhelpful
  • Learn new methods of meditation
  • Learn new ways of thinking
  • Share experiences and encourage each other

Liza is trained as a Breathworks Mindfulness teacher. Courses are run from time to time and are available to patients families and carers who are interested in this approach.

Current Courses

Mindfulness Meditation for Managing Pain & Illness

Six sessions for patients, families and carers, on Mondays, 3.30 - 5.00pm, starting 6 February 2017
