Mindfulness

Learn tools and techniques to help find the pathway to more peace.

and the wisdom to know the difference”

We will:

  • Build awareness of how mental attitudes to pain and illness can be helpful and/or unhelpful
  • Learn new methods of meditation
  • Learn new ways of thinking
  • Share experiences and encourage each other

Courses are run from time to time and are available to patients families and carers who are interested in this approach.
