Collecting Boxes

Our collecting boxes raise nearly £20,000 a year towards the costs of running our services.

Last Summer a box placed in the Boathouse at Dunorlan Park raised a magnificent £700 from donations given to obtain bread to feed the ducks and geese - apparently the geese are very fussy and now only like Kingsmill Wholemeal!

We are always looking for more outlets for our boxes such as surgeries, health centres, pubs, shops, hairdressers, and companies - so whether you can raise £10 or £100, if you would like a box or know where we can place one, please contact us in Fundraising by telephone on 01892 820500 or by email enquiries@hospiceintheweald.org.uk

Public Collections

We hold Box Collections in a number of places throughout the year. These include house-to-house, street collections and store collections outside supermarkets. Volunteers are always needed collect for an hour or so.
