Family Support works with families to help deal with conflicts, either within the immediate family, or with other agencies and organisations, and provides support for children and adolescents to give them space to express their feelings when facing loss.
Referrals to the Family Support team are made via the patient's GP, District Nurse or Clinical Nurse Specialist. Counselling either takes place in a private room at the Hospice, or within your own home. No charge is made for this service.
