Simply click on the link and follow the steps to provide your bank details via our secured Direct Debit pages.  You will receive confirmation of what has been arranged with your bank and all arrangements are covered by our direct debit guarantee.

To process your membership by debit or credit card please download a lottery entry from, fill out your details in the appropriate sections and post back to us at the above freepost address.

Cheque

Please download a lottery entry form to fill out and send to us along with your cheque. We need to take record of your details and how many entries you require.

You can pick up a lottery entry form at any one of our 15 shops and at the Hospice reception.
