Our community Link Groups act as our ambassadors in their areas, providing a valuable channel of communication between the Hospice and our many supporters, as well as organising a variety of fundraising events to help run our many services. 

Each Group differs in its size and in what it does, and the events they organise vary from coffee mornings to spectacular balls.  Although they are responsible for running their own events, there is a backup service provided by the Hospice for posters, tickets, programmes and other materials to support the occasion and Hospice fundraisers are covered by our insurance policies.  We can also provide a selection of Hospice gifts and cards to sell wherever appropriate.

Community Link Groups are all volunteers and each group is headed by a Co-ordinator.  To keep them in touch with all that is happening in the Hospice itself, regular meetings are held and all members are invited to lunch at the Hospice, share ideas with each other and chat to Hospice staff.  They are all valuable members of the Hospice Fundraising Team.
