Following agreement from our trustees we are launching a new and exciting Hospice in the Home project to care for patients in the last few weeks of life in their own homes, includng overnight.

We are seeking experienced HCAs with a 'can do' attitude and an understanding of the physical and psychological needs of the patients who can demonstrate empathy towards the needs of carers.

Full training and support will be given and we encourage staff to develop personally and professionally through clinical supervision and in-house and external education opportunities.

A current driving licence and access to a vehicle to be used for work purposes is essential.

We are currently looking to appoint full-time Staff Nurses and Junior Staff Nurses to deliver the same quality care and support we already offer at the Hospice, into the homes of our patients. 

You will possess a 'can do' attitude, excellent clinical skills, have a good understanding of palliative care and the needs of patients at the end of life as well as excellent communication skills.

We continue to expand our community services into a comprehensive Hospice in the Home service.  We're now seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our team of Clinical Nurse Specialists.

We are looking for an inspirational, experienced retail team leader to play a crucial part in adding value to the £5 million needed per year to provide our vital services in the community.
